I was looking forward to Gods Of Egypt, because I am so interested in ancient Egypt and the creation myth. And I gotta say, this movie started out promising, with a story that is very close to the actual Osiris-Myth.

But from there on, the movie completely falls apart. It doesn't fint its tone, mixes stupid humor with crazy action, is extremely heavy on bad CGI, and suffers from a poorly written script, awful dialogue and even worse acting.

It is never really entertaining nor intrigiung enough to sit trough. It had a lot of potential, but didn't deliver a lot. You may enjoy it as a mindless blockbuster on a sunday afternoon, but mindless blockbusters with bad CGI do not cost 120 mio.
