Review of God's Not Dead (2014) by Andrew K — 14 Aug 2015
Watching this movie taught me two things. 1.) The people who made it really think they understand non-Christians. 2.) They really really don't.
Their argument appears to be that there are only the faithful, the uninformed, and those who are either angry at God or self-absorbed. Not exactly that simple in my experience.
Aside from dogma, the storyline was predictable and the agenda of the movie made it more of a propaganda film. The acting and writing were better than the Left Behind series, but not by much.
I really tried to give this movie a chance, I just didn't find much there.
