Review of Gods and Generals (2003) by Erniegmb — 06 Jul 2014
This is the best Civil War movie I have seen. It reflects the deep religious sentiments of some of the Generals and it is mainly geared to the historical and visual depiction of the battles involved. It is a thinking man's movie rather than an action-oriented modern movie.
People these days don't have the patience for this type of film.
