Review of Gods and Generals (2003) by John D — 12 Dec 2007
Great movie, but can be a little long. It is one sided, focusing on the Confederacy, however, it is needed to understand why the war happened and the thinking that went in to it. Historically accurate, but misses a few battles before chancellorsville.
Good beginning of the trilogy, though filmed after Gettysburg. The last will be Last Full Measure.
