Does anyone in this movie have a normal conversation? every scrap of dialogue is some elongated rant stiff with "i know this big word" moments. also, the battle scenes don't really show just how horiffic this war really was - just how awesome Jeff Daniels looks when he tries to look like the walrus from Mythbusters.
