Review of Gnomeo & Juliet (2011) by Hannah D — 22 Feb 2013

This is quite a sweet animation based on the famous Shakespeare love story. There were some nice touches, such as a cameo appearance from Shakespeare himself (well, his statue). And it was funny to hear Richard Wilson playing a character very similar to the grumpy Victor Meldrew! If you're not an Elton John fan, perhaps you should avoid it as virtually his entire back catalogue of songs seems to get a run out.

Fortunately I do happen to own his Greatest Hits album!
