Review of Glengarry Glen Ross (1992) by Scott K — 07 Jul 2011
It was fun revisiting this movie again. Mamet's words are profanity-laced poetry. Each member of this great cast gets their moment to show off, but this movie belongs to Jack Lemmon and Al Pacino. Neither has been better.
Of course, Baldwin's one scene has become a classic, deservedly so. The scene where the weak Johnathan Pryce comes to Pacino to cancel the deal is wonderfully uncomfortable to watch.
