Review of Glengarry Glen Ross (1992) by Kyle B — 09 Sep 2015
Adapted from a play by David Mamet, it seems this film fires pearls of wisdom from all directions, foul language notwithstanding. Glengarry has the best use of fine actors I've ever seen on a screen, the language is rich and the wit razor sharp.
Though peppered with seasoned veterans of stage and screen, it is Alec Baldwin's appearance that lords over them all. Check out his now-classic speech on "ABC", "Always Be Closing.".
