You have to see this movie. It is the dramatic version of Office Space. It is cutthroat and office-political. If you never saw this movie, you will recognize the fact that their have been many cultural references to this film (my favorite being the Simpson's "Gil" character being based on the Jack Lemmon character.
It has one of the best monologues by Alec Baldwin who is BARELY in this movie but his performance was THAT good. To the other extreme, it has the most simple, yet brilliantly chilling one-liner in movie history - delivered by Kevin Spacey at the end.
