The negative reviews are unwarranted. The most obvious fact anyone watching this film must see both Unbreakable and Split. The problem with Blogging Movie critics is their inability to judge a film based on the genre in which the movie is based. That's what made Ebert and Siskel so successful for so long. My guess is most of these critics expected action movie once they heard the words comic book associated with this movie.
This was not the best of the three, but worthy of being associated with the two previous films. Expecting Avengers, Wonder Woman, or acrion movie, do NOT bother. Go see Aquaman.
