Review of Glass (2019) by Diggity H — 21 Jan 2019
Not a great film, but way better than what most critics say about it. Watching McAvoy's character is a good time, no matter what. The story line feels a little messy rather than seamless, but pretty good job merging the films.
Spoiler; Why not did McAvoy's character just close his eyes and go to the lights and destroy them? Or walk backwards with his eyes shut until he was behind them? Anyways, it's a superhero movie so you already know you have to suspend your disbelief going in.
The ending wasn't completely satisfying, but it worked well enough that you leave feeling good about the movie. It was nice to see Bruce's character in the beginning of the movie using his power to do some good.
Not a fan of making a young person look like an old person for an old person's role. Just use an old person so we aren't distracted by the cosmetics. I give it a 7.5.
