Review of Glass (2019) by Mitchell C — 22 Jan 2019
I'm so confused by the critics. This movie was a dark slow burn that was totally in line with Unbreakable and Split. I was engaged and entertained. Once again, I think critics jump on the bandwagon of hate.
..and years later it will become a 'great film' Was it perfect, no... all the arm chair directors will have ways to change the third act...but I wasn't able to predict the movie... I love that.
It was really fun! Jackson and McAvoy are amazing... I think Willis is the smallest of the performances....but it's still intense. The first act of the movie I was captivated. This is my main problem with RT, the critics audience score differential.
I think it's sad how many people might not see this film b/c of the green tomato.
