At only 70 minutes, Girlfriend's Day can never combine genres as seamlessly as it wishes to and as a result it is not nearly funny enough to being a satisfying comedy, not nearly intense enough to be a satisfying thriller, and not nearly skilled enough in any one department to be considered a good movie.
