Can't believe it's taken me this long to see the film!
SO SO good! It's simple which I really love and dramatic without being overly dramatic.
I like films that make me go away and look things up and as I know noting of art it made me go and do a little back reading on Johannes Vermeer so now I've possibly learnt something (other than Colin Firth looks HILARIOUS with long hair!).
Going to add this to my nice long list of films I want for Christmas :).
