Review of Girl, Interrupted (1999) by Joey S — 17 Nov 2013
It doesn't really bring anything new to the table, but Girl, Interrupted is an entertaining drama with great performances from Angelina Jolie (in her Oscar-winning role) and Brittany Murphy. The movie loses some of its spark when Jolie isn't onscreen and the screenplay relies a little too heavily on clichés, but otherwise it's an enjoyable movie with enough emotion and good acting to make it worth seeing.
