Why set this back in the olden days when the third one coulda been a complete blood fest with the girls just running riot over quiet suburban towns? it's pretty much telling you what happened in the first two was always destined to happen, fated in the stars ra ra ra but anyways yes it is a good movie I just feel it was done because prequels became all the rage for a while.
