Review of Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning (2004) by Keith C — 27 Jan 2012
Though it doesn't make a lick of sense how it's supposed to tie in to the other movies, if viewed on it's own terms Ginger Snaps Back is a solid movie in a subgenre of horror that is sorely lacking in them.
There's some clunky exposition and cheesy moments, but it's made up for by boasting good performances and surprisingly strong production values for a Canadian film. GSB is fun to watch, and ultimately that's all it needed to be.
