Review of Gilda (1946) by Megan H — 11 Oct 2007
Rita Hayworth is so underrated as an actress. Unlike many other big sex symbols of the era, Rita could actually act. The chemistry and friction between her and Glenn Ford's character is so powerful, it's one of the best love/hate stories ever.
And who can forget the pseudo feminist performance of 'Put the Blame on Mame'? Classic!
