Review of Gifted (2017) by Mrdr4Gon — 01 Jan 2018
A very strong low-key film that thankfully plays to director Marc Webb's strengths. It's not the most original idea in the world and the film is rife with cliches, especially concerning the way the central character's prodigal intelligence is portrayed, but the film works.
It's the little details that keep the film fresh.
