Review of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009) by Steveg — 23 Aug 2009
This is a big budget summer action movie with lots of well done special effects. It has a roller coaster kind of quality. But it is intellectually numbing and onlly slightly less insipid than the Transformer fiasco of earlier in the summer.
The funny thing is that it is clearly set up as the first of more than one of these. That's amazing.
