Review of Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021) by Pragnorvorn — 06 Jan 2022

I loved this movie because it had traces of the DNA that made the original film so good. It also introduced new believable characters without defecating on the old ones; and it revisited the original story in a way that wasn't a rip-off or copy.

Thankfully the comedy wasn't cringe (like most movies today), and the action genuinely made me fear for the characters. And most importantly I left the cinema with a smile on my face (unlike the Matrix 4).
