I am fan of GitS. And as a fan I came to cinema expecting just nothing, bcs hollywood. I have to say I was surprised. Visuals were fantastic, acting was good, camerawork was very good and had good pacing.
What made original anime from 95 strong is not present, but it was handled very well with respect to franchise.
