Review of Ghost in the Shell (2017) by Derek F — 02 Jan 2018
This live-action adaptation of Shirow's work is a worthy attempt, but there are flaws. The CGI is impeccable. The storyline, which departs drastically from the source material, is engaging. The acting, not so much.
It's a fun, but serious, movie. Worth watching if you enjoy sci-fi.
