Review of Ghost in the Shell (1995) by Jorge C — 14 Nov 2009
This movie along with Vampire Hunter D were the reason I started watching Anime back in the 90's. It had a story, didn't sell-out to pop culture, and was well simply put a Great movie.
With the current Anime invasion the American people are just bumbarded with one terrible series or movie after the next. Its all about selling copies to kids w/o really having a good product to buy.
I look forward to the day when great Anime returns to the US similar to GitS.
