Considering it's time of release, this one of the better movies that tried predict the cyber/internet world (back then, there was no internet) and it does a far far better job than many of it's live action counterparts of the time. It manages to be through provoking by making a lot of vibrant opinions and philosophy about AI. However, in it's short running time of just 80 minutes, it cannot possibly develop such a strong story. It's VFX and animation are simply spectacular.
