Review of Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999) by Chris S — 08 Feb 2013
Ghost Dog feels very much like an indie film. Which, of course, it is. But it doesn't need to FEEL like it quite so much. The cliched portrayal of the mob was also quite hackneyed. Interesting hero characters and a unique soundtrack by RZA keep it real though.
