Review of Get Low (2010) by Jeff A — 27 Mar 2011
Bill Murray steals the movie from Bob Duvall and I wouldn't have believed that possible. Three incredible performances -- no, add Lucas Black to the mix and call it four -- make the slow pace of this film a savory treat and this wry plot finds a new light to shed on a man's tragedy.
But don't think this movie is a downer. For every squeeze of the heart, there is a laugh. Without hesitation, I recommend this film to anyone.
