This is a quirky film, with an intriguing story and interesting characters. Its based on a real life legend, apparently, so there may be some truth to it. I thought it was interesting how different people, locals in the nearby community, reacted to the hermit, Felix Bush and what we learn about him.
This film has a great cast, including Robert Duvall, Sissy Spacek and Bill Murray. I'd say its a somewhat thought provoking film and one I'd happily recommend, yes. There are some amusing moments in it as well as serious aspects to it as well.
