Not one of Will Ferrell's best efforts and Kevin Hart has certainly done better himself. Obviously, the plot is terrible and has more holes than a fine piece of Swiss cheese, but that's not why you go to see a Ferrell/Hart movie anyway.
The fact is, it is pretty funny, you will laugh out loud as long as you aren't easily offended or PC. If you do get offended easily, specifically about racial stereotypes, then this movie isn't for you.
If you want to relax and have a laugh, go see it. If you are looking for something with more substance, you need to go elsewhere.
