Stallone at the top of his over the hill bad-assery. A bit flabby especially when compared to co-stars Mickey Rourke and John C. McGinley. The movie tries to do too much though stuffing a 2 hour plus movie into an hour and a half.
Jumps around and doesn't really develop its plot but still entertaining.
