I am surprised the Director was allowed to finish this muck. I haven't read about the director but I am sure his background stems from acid techno music videos. Annoying as hell. Still despite very very poor Directing, Stallone and Rourke are fun to watch as adversaries.
With another force behind the camera this could have been at least a decent film based on the plot.
