Review of Gerry (2002) by Tommi A — 25 Jul 2009
It's pretty cool how much can be done with such a simple concept! It's nice for a chenge to see a film that isn't jam-packed full of ceaseless dialogue and dozens of characters. Both actors are brilliant, but so is the portrayal of the power of nature.
It's almost as if Affleck and Damon are co-starring and nature has the lead role. On the downside, I would have probably have liked the film to be a fair bit shorter. Clever ending.
