I thought this was a super movie and was shocked at the low ratings until I realized the closer to reality about the environment disaster, the lower the rating. Sure, the film borrowed my favorite scenes from several films, including Deep Impact, The Day After Tomorrow, and 2012 but it made those scenes its own.
The film didn't preach and say that humans caused the flooding and fires. It started with a solution that had unintended consequences I went back and saw this film again.
