Review of Geostorm (2017) by Bryon T — 09 Feb 2018

From my perspective geostorm is good for what it is, a disaster movie with a mild twist. In a way its more of an action movie without a ton of slow points. I didnt care for the technologies, the same people that went green are burning thousands of gallons of fossil fuels to send people to the station, I just thought theyd have an alternative (even something as simple as smaller rockets to show they have gotten more efficient with the FFs).

To the critics: Visuals? You dont need to have state of the art cgi to have a great movie. Ive seen a few movies where the cgi made them unwatchable. The critics also down thumb the characters and lack of drama. Critics that gave The Purge a 38%...Geostorm wasnt a disaster of a movie, the true disaster is that RT has these critics.
