Review of Gaslight (1944) by Josh W — 30 Nov 2008
Fantastic psychological thriller. The incredibly hawt Ingrid Bergman won the Oscar for her role, but everyone - Charles Boyer, Joseph Cotten, Angela Lansbury (looking wonderfully youthful and cockney in 1944) turned in fine performances.
This one will make you think AND have you on the edge of your seat. The high Noir content doesn't hurt it either. Sadly, they don't make them like this anymore. See it!
