Review of Gangs of New York (2002) by Joshua N — 09 May 2011
Pleasantly surprised by this film. Interesting to see the history of New York's five points portrayed on film. Daniel Day-Lewis delivers a power house performance and really steals the show. Overall I thought it was well written and despite it being a marathon 3 hour movie, its worth seeing.
