I missed the beginning of this, but I'm pretty sure I got the gist of it. It's a lot like movies along the lines of The Running Man and Death Race but with an extra level added where the prisoners are being controlled.
Mostly, though, it seemed to be a display of gratuitous violence and nudity. It's somewhat entertaining, but there really is not much there.
