Fantastic dystopian sci fi concept with a strong cast and decent action scenes. Sadly it failed to successfully capture the essence of online gaming which is a shame despite the effort to include little Easter egg type nods (the tea bag and HUD effects!).
It effectively it plays out like an almost running man gladiatorial type of affair. The ocd quick edits/ cuts and direction are a bit much at times but overall it is a decent watch.
