Game Night follows an ultra competitive couple who host a weekly game night that is hijacked by an ultra successful show off brother who promises them the best game night of their lives at a murder mystery party.
Little do the participants realise that the murder mystery has also been hijacked by real kidnappers. The particpants continue, not realising the danger they or their host is in. Chaos ensues. That is the film and it is ok.
It does take a while to get used to the style and there is a very weird synthy / electronic soundtrack that belongs on Blade Runner but overall it was entertaining, and the 2 leads had great chemistry but also instantly forgettable once the credits role.
