I just finished watching the movie "Fury" This is as bad as "Red Tails" Its quite obvious that the writer hasn't read up on World War II books. The first phony part was the German Anti-tank guns in the forest.
If he read anything at all, they are called the deadly 88's! Why? because they don't miss. And they missed all their shots in the beginning of the movie. The only real scene was the one tiger against the 4 Shermans.
Micheal Wittman destroyed an entire 7th armoured division in the hedges. That tank is real life would have stayed and picked them off at 800 metres, and in about 12 seconds. But the ending. A broken down tank and demolishing all them Germans! C'mon.
...they weren't that stupid. Can anybody make a real movie? I wasted 20 bucks on the DVD. Private Ryan was just as bad.
