Beautiful, eerie period film that quite becomes our Nicole, but I didn't really connect with any of the characters (except perhaps Arbus' husband). Having studied Arbus' work at uni, I think I understand why it's only an imaginary portrait of Arbus since it's not at all what I'd had in mind! Shame Robert Downey Jr was covered in fur for 95% of the time!
