Review of Funny People (2009) by Thomas M — 02 Feb 2012

It's a movie by comedians for comedians, but thats not all. It's jokes (when they finish taking their sweet time of getting to it) are good and keep the movie from feeling tragic and tasteless, but about half way through it runs out of steam and fails to tell the second act of the movie, that could have been completely left out and would have ended on a high note, but yet the final ending to the movie is satisfying and I liked it quite a bit.

I expected more, but not bad.
