Review of Funny Face (1932) by Edith N — 10 Oct 2008
Astaire and Hepburn lacked onscreen chemistry, however I've never seen a Hepburn movie I didn't like... in every one of her films, she simply glows... Although it was a musical, I found it offbeat enough to be entertaining.
.. it's perposterious to say that Hepburn was an ugly duckling turned swan... she's stunning! Overall the film has it's charms and if you enjoyed Casablanca... you'd probably like this one too.
