I had to watch this twice for the full effect because the first time I was too busy "Wait, WHAT? What the hell?!"-ing during the first time I watched it. I'm a big fan of the series, but the movie left a bitter taste in my mouth.
It felt rushed, the plot was scattered and had giant holes as well as abrupt ends to subplots stuck in it. What redeemed the crazy plot (or lack thereof) was the art, which was fluid, crisp, and appealing.
