Tragic tale based on the true story of a young black man shot on New Years Eve at a Bay area subway stop, seemingly for no reason. Smartly told and beautifully acted by Octavia Spencer, Melonie Diaz and especially (ex-AMCer) Michael B.
Jordan as the young man. An important and powerful film.
