A black ex-prisoner, with a hot temper, gets caught up in "profiling" situation and is shot by a San Francisco Bart Police Officer... All sides of this shooting were out of control... The Bart Police Officer went to prison for involuntary manslaughter.
.. A "perfect storm" that should never should have happened if ALL had not overreacted... A very, very good movie...
