Mother love is universal and the film depicts this brilliantly with the theme of mother struggling through hardship for the best of her children. The story is ironically touching. Melissa Leo delivered a fine and believable performance as a mother.
All in all, it is a wonderful independent movie that I recommend to those who love drama movie.
