Melissa Leo was all I heard in past season of her performance in this movie and I finally got to watch it. Yes, what a great performance, if I dare, equally to Misty Upham. I don't remember last time I had seen a movie based on US and Canadian border in upstate New York.
How different it seems from where I live... As a mother, I was able to feel what they must have felt when they made difficult decision to pursue illegal activities to make ends meet. Is something illegal necessarily be wrong??
