Review of Frozen River (2008) by Spencer S — 08 Aug 2009
Ok Melissa Leo is fantastic, but nothing happens and I do not care. The main problem I had with this movie was the pacing was too slow, I mean I have watched some slow movies and enjoyed the crap outta them but this movie is too slow.
This slow pacing impeded my ability to connect or even care for anyone. The performance by Leo is almost enough for me to suggest this movie....but it isnt...go take a nap, you will get the same amount of entertainment.
