This movie was hardcore, but nothing new. Think "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" in france with Nazi's, inbred mutant children, and so much splatter that after a while everything is just red. Very well made film, apart from the whole trendy shaky cam sections to highten the tension.
If you can handle a VERY high level of gore for an extended period of time...rent this for sure!!
